Recirculation System - On |
1) When the Operator turns the Recirculation System on, starting Electric Motor 822 which powers Screw Pump 011.09.
2) Hydraulic fluid flows from the reservoir through Butterfly Valve 080.03 into the suction header line which serves the low pressure piston pumps as well as this screw pump.
3) Hydraulic fluid delivered by the screw pump flows through a piping assembly which contains Reservoir Heater 018.02. Next, the fluid flows through Heat Exchanger 025.05 and Check Valve 118.02 into Duplex Return Line Filter 048.02. The fluid flows through only one side of the filter at a time, selectable by a selector valve on the filter assembly.
4) Upon leaving the filter assembly, the fluid flows back into the downcoiler reservoir.
